OMG- he's so big. Both my kids now are just over eight pounds and they were born almost 4 weeks ago.

CDC ART Success Rates Here are the offical success rate numbers for Assisted Reproduction Technology, compiled by the U.S. Center for Disease Control for 2003 (the most recent year available from the feds).
CDC Listing of Fertility Clinics by State And here's the CDC's listing of fertility clinics by state. If you click on a clinic you can see its individual success rates.
Search Clinics by Zip Code This site from the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology lets you search for clinics within a certain radius of your zip code. And, when you click on a clinic, it gives you the links to the clinic's own URL and its success rates.
PubMed For the scientifically minded, this search engine will give you summaries of research papers if you plug in the right search terms. (e.g. embryo fragmentation motility human sperm) These summaries and papers are written by scientists for scientists, so are not always easy for the lay person to decipher. But you can often get the gist of it.
